History in the Food Industry

For over 20 years I have worked in the food service industry, working along side and learning from the finest employers. My passion for cooking originates from watching my parents and my Nonna cook up delicious homemade meals throughout my childhood. Every meal prepared has always been made with the finest ingredients using original recipes brought over from their native regions in Italy.

I enjoy everything about food, and I love how food brings people together. I have an affection for fresh, authentic Italian food and my dream has always been to own a food truck. Therefore, along with my better half, we thought why not combine my passion with my dream and bring fresh, authentic Italian food to the Niagara Region by way of Lupo’s Little Eataly………On Wheels!

Lupo’s mission is to provide the Niagara Region with fresh authentic homemade Italian meals sourced locally. It is very important to me to give back and create solid partnerships with local distributors. I pride myself in living, working, and supporting Niagara!

Not only will Lupo’s have your staple food truck menu items such as fresh cut fries, fish & chips, and chicken fingers, but we’ll also be serving you the quick genuine Italian meals we have at my family’s dinner table such as veal parm, eggplant parm, and antipasto salad. Just like myself, the best mix of Italian and Canadian!
